Mission
Guardian Safety Consulting LLC was founded by Lauren Sergeant, a Human Resources and safety management professional who has worked in the areas of OSHA and ISO record-keeping, reporting, compliance, program development, and program implementation. Lauren has working proficiency in both English and Spanish and has managed health and safety along with employee relations in various cross-cultural contexts. Guardian Safety was founded on the belief that well-trained, efficient safety programs allow companies to focus more directly on their overarching goals, organizational profitability, and company culture. Thus, Guardian Safety seeks to support businesses by developing and training safety processes and programs.
